If your coral is DOA (Dead On Arrival), we require you send us a clear picture of your coral within TWO hours of delivery. We will review, and advise on the next step to proceed with. If your coral is DOA, we will replace items, or issue store credit. Customer would be responsible for shipping cost if a replacement is issued. DOA due to shipping delays or damages caused by Fedex, this includes mechanical and weather related, will NOT be covered under our DOA policy.
